It is true that we should never take our friends for granted. But be clear
about who your friends really are.
They are not those people you hang
out
with from time to time and who then won’t get in contact until you
happen to run into them again.
True friends are always there for us no matter what happens. You know
that a real friend can be relied on when you really need them. Events will
come up in our lives that mean we may not be in close contact for a while,
but that doesn’t mean our closest friends are not in our thoughts.
In our everyday life we get to know so many people. Some of them
become close friend. But there is a subtle difference between close
friends and best friends. Friends are ones that support you in your work
and help you when you make a mistake.
Poetry from the Greek, poiesis, is a form of literary art in which
language is used for its aesthetic and evocative qualities, its apparent
meaning.
Poetry may be written independently, as discrete poems, or may occur
in conjunction with other arts, as in poetic drama, hymns or lyrics.
Poetry,
and discussions of it, have a long history. Early attempts to define poetry,
such as Aristotle is Poetics, focused on the uses of speech in rhetoric,
drama, song and comedy.
Later attempts concentrated on features such as repetition, verse form
and rhyme, and emphasized the aesthetics which distinguish poetry from
prose. From the mid 20th century, poetry has sometimes been more
loosely defined as a fundamental creative act using language.
Poetry often uses particular forms and conventions to suggest alternative
meanings in the words, or to evoke emotional or sensual responses.
Devices such as assonance, alliteration, onomatopoeia and rhythm are
sometimes used to achieve musical or incantatory effects.
